Alan is a member of the Men in Grey.

History

Alan is a member of the Men in Grey. He likes his job until he sees how Dominic Rook makes the unfed and newly created Vampire Crumb kill his sister and niece. Alan feels guilty and doesn't know to cope what he has seen.

Later he is asking Crumb to turn him into a vampire, as being one of the Men in Grey has caused him to lose most of his humanity. Crumb then turns to him with his fangs bared.

He is later found with Crumb when Hal and Alex came to kill them both. Hal then asks if they want to get over the blood lust and they accept.

Whilst in the chair, Crumb is having dreams about Hazel, the girl he killed the night before, and when Alan gets out of the chair, Crumb stakes him through the heart with a wooden chair leg, thinking it is the ghost of Hazel.
