Andy is a policeman the police station in Barry Island. When Mitchell get's arrested for commiting the Box Tunnel 20 Massacre, Andy takes a picture of Mitchell, but as a vampire Mitchell doesn't appear on the picture.
Andy and his colleagues are killed by Herrick when Herrick get's Mitchell out of the prison.("Though the Heavens Fall")
