A female ghost who lives in the same hospital in which Aidan and Josh work, along with other ghosts who died there. When Sally walks in the abandoned old hospital she welcomes her. When another ghost asks Sally if she's seen his wife, she stops him from continuing. She tries to convince Sally to live down there. When Sally runs away, Barbara tells her she is one of them. She is happy when Sally returns.
