Blue Collar is a friend of Marcus. In a flashback, he was seen walking with Marcus and helped beat Josh up, but he and Marcus left when Aidan interfered. It is unknown what happened to him after that, as he is only seen in a flashback in the first season finale.
He may have been killed by the virus.
