Cecilia was Bishop´s replacement for vampire police chief. She is turned by Suren. She later makes a deal with Josh to hide the recent werewolf attacks on Nora´s abusive ex-boyfriend in exchange for Connor and Brynn, the two pure-bred werewolves.

Cecilia recently died when the purebred twins, Brynn and Connor, and Josh and Nora ripped her apart when Aiden tried to save her. She stated "No Aiden, I'll just slow you down, you know what you have to do". He left her, feeling just pity and some guilt as she sacrificed herself.
