Cecilia was Bishop´s replacement for vampire police chief. She is turned by Suren. She later makes a deal with Josh to hide the recent werewolf attacks on Nora´s abusive ex-boyfriend in exchange for Connor and Brynn, the two pure-bred werewolves.
