Herrick is protrayed by Adrian Lester in the pilot. Herrick appears only for a very short time in the pilot. He has taken care of Lauren after Mitchell has left her and wants to take over the world. Vampires shouldn't hide in shaddows, they should wash accross this world completely. He has arranged a lot to complete this mission and tells Mitchell to carefully choose his enermies and friends. He is a lot darker and less down to earth than the Herrick portrayed by Jason Watkins.
