Aidan giving comfort to a dying patient and then just that quick, the "dead" patient wakes up and we see that he has been turned into a vampire. The one who turned him was the priest performing his last rites.
In the next scene, we see a man on the same table as the new vampire, as the priest goes over new vamp etiquette on how to devour a human. The new vamp bites into the human, nearly devouring him.
Josh tries to wash away the blood from his clothes from the night before of going wolf-crazy on some vampires. He comes down the stairs to see Aidan, Sally, and Ray in the kitchen, and we can see him struggling with his conscience over the night before.
Finding her engagement ring that was stuck in the bathroom pipe, Sally flashbacks to her last night on Earth. In her flashback we see that Danny is not the loving man she's been idolizing, but an abuser of Sally. He yells at her and verbally abuses her for losing the ring. He goes ballistic until he pushes her down the stairs in his rage, killing her.
Still feeling uncomfortable about letting his wolf out, Josh goes with Ray to the shack in the woods, but while there he decides that he needs to wolf out on his own. Attempting to leave he stops when Ray yells out that he had been looking for Josh for two years. Turns out Ray infected Josh with Lycanthropy. Josh laments his condition until he starts the transformation again...
After confronting Bishop and getting his butt kicked, Aidan finds out what Josh did with Ray. When he gets home, he finds Sally crying over her revelation. Aidan attempts to go after Danny, but Sally begs him not to. Sally goes over to Danny's place and unleashes a ghost rage.
Aiden goes to church to find the Priest. He tries to appeal the Priest's humanity, but resorted to bashing the priest's fangs. Meanwhile, Josh confronts Ray and tells him that he is no longer welcome in the house.
